While the server empire has gone quiet, the Dota 2 scene never did. BaconLovers maintains an active, competitive Dota 2 guild with a roster of veterans who've been playing together for years.
We run organized guild matches, draft nights, and coaching sessions for members who want to improve. We're not a pub stomp club -- we take the game seriously while keeping the attitude casual.

The History
BaconLovers built and operated some of the best-ranked community game servers across five titles. Custom mods, real admins, and a player base that kept coming back. The server operation wound down, but the community didn't.
Bacon Store
Running game servers, Discord bots, voice infrastructure, and a Dota 2 guild isn't free. The Bacon Store exists to fund all of it without running ads or charging membership fees.

Community
The BaconLovers Discord is an active 18+ community with Dota 2 channels, game night coordination, voice chat, and years of accumulated inside jokes you'll pick up eventually. No rage, no slurs, no ego. Just adults who like games and bacon.
About
BaconLovers started as a game server operation with a simple philosophy: adult players deserve better servers. Better moderation, better mods, better response time when something breaks. We built that across five games and earned a #1 ranking doing it.
The server hosting era ended, but the community it built didn't go anywhere. The same people are still here, just playing Dota 2 instead of arguing about base locations in ARK. The Discord has been active through all of it.
The bacon store isn't a gimmick. It's how we've always kept the infrastructure paid for without putting our hand out to members. Sell something real, fund something real.
